Malani Hi Rez o so sparkly!!!

I decided to go nail polish hunting for Milani Blue flash that I saw on My Simple Little Pleasures blog. The blue as so pretty i had to have it! And thanks to Kimaloo I found it at CVS!!! :D But I also found a 3D Holographic purple Milani Hi-Res and I had to add it to my ever growing collection. And it was so pretty I couldn't add any nail art to it. Here are some pictures of it hope you like. :D

I tried to capture the amazing color in different lighting.

Its so sparkly in the sun!!

Today its been partly cloudy so trying to get a good picture was not easy.

I also added a wish list of polish and items that are my "need to get" ok well maybe not NEED but "really really want!" to help me remember, I see so many and then forget =/ So if you can think of any for me to add feel free to comment or send me a mail. :D

Better late then never...

Well I'm late posting some Valentine designs due to the flu *blah* :(  And I plan on posting another one as soon as i feel better. This is me playing with Konad and having to much fun with it!!! =) Unfortunately still need to work on getting better pictures of the nail art. =/  Also learned about doing art over Shellac gel polish, it needs gel top coat to seal it.

Polish is
Shellac Strawberry Smoothie
OPI Nicole - You an Angel
Sinful - San Francisco
Stamping polish
Konad special polish - Black - White and Pink
Konad plates used m83 - one of the new ones by Konad
m25 and m35

Icicles with Stamping

I decided to do my nails over from the darker blue to a lighter one to see the difference. Unfortunately the picture does not show the detail of the color with the glitter speckles. =(
But it came out very nice!!

First Sally Hansen - Blue Icing
On the tips is Sally Hansen - Lavender Cloud then
Art Club - Crystal Glitter
On my pointer finger I used OPI Nicole - Your A Star And Nakomi Plate m12 which looks exactly like Konad m12 from the picture but might get the Konad Plate to see if the images are the same size. The Nakomi seemed rather small to me but still worked great just wish the snowman was bigger. What do you think?

I was having fun with rhinestones and glitter. And the Christmas tree I did with the help of Robin Moses's tutorial =)

Nail Polish is Orly - Candy Cane Lane
Christmas tree was done with acrylic paint
Mistletoe outlined with green acrylic paint then clear polish and sprinkled Golden Green glitter and dusted off excess and finally red rhinestones in the center. Present was done with clear rhinestones and Art Club - Hologram down the center Candy Canes were done with Lavender Cloud and Orly Candy Cane Lane with a paint brush.

First Picture YAY!!!

This was done a couple of weeks before Christmas. If you don't know who Robin Moses is yet be sure to check out her tutorials on she is fabulous!!! I watched her tutorial on her snowman and made my own, not bad for a beginner ;) OK I am not a true beginner I am an artist and a graphic designer and dabbled in Nail Art along time ago, but never with acrylic pants or Konad till now =)

Sally Hansen - Blue It on all the nails
